Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These Terms govern your use of 044 Studio, the video publishing tool and website at 044studio.eu (the "Service"), operated by the 044 team ("we", "us"). By connecting a channel or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
044 Studio lets authorised team members queue video creatives and publish them to YouTube channels whose owners have connected them through Google sign-in. Access to the Service is granted by us and may be limited to members of the 044 team and its partners.
2. Your account and channels
- Connect only YouTube channels and Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and the Service secure.
- You can disconnect a channel at any time in the Service or on the Google Account permissions page.
3. Content
You keep all rights to the videos and metadata you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to process and publish them to the channel you selected. You are responsible for making sure your content has the necessary rights and licences and complies with the law, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines and, where applicable, Google Ads policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing or misleading content, to access channels or accounts without authorisation, to interfere with the Service or Google's systems, or to circumvent YouTube or Google Ads limits and policies.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on YouTube API Services and Google Ads API. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of data by the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or decisions of these services, including video removals or account actions taken by Google.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. We may suspend access for users who breach these Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
