This Privacy Policy explains how 044 Studio ("044 Studio", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes information when you use the 044 Studio application and the website at 044studio.eu (together, the "Service"). 044 Studio is an internal video publishing tool used by the 044 team to upload video creatives to YouTube channels that the team owns or manages.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by the 044 team. For any privacy question, access or deletion request, contact us at __EMAIL__.

2. Information we access through Google sign-in

When a channel owner connects a YouTube channel, they sign in with Google and approve the access shown on Google's consent screen. Depending on the features used, we request:

YouTube upload access (youtube.upload) — to upload videos that you add to the 044 Studio queue to your connected channel.
YouTube account access (youtube) — to read the connected channel's ID and name, and to set the title, description, thumbnail and privacy status of videos uploaded through the Service.
Google Ads access (adwords) — only if you choose to use it, to add videos uploaded through the Service to your own Google Ads account as video assets and to read the status of those assets.

From these Google services we store only: the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, the connected channel's ID and name, the Google Ads customer ID you select, and the IDs, titles, descriptions and status of videos uploaded through the Service. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not access your other YouTube data, subscribers, comments, messages, analytics or payment information.

3. Other information

Video files and metadata that team members add to the upload queue (file, title, description, campaign label).
Team member identifiers used to operate the Service, such as a Telegram user ID or dashboard login name.
Technical logs (time of upload, result, error messages) needed to run and troubleshoot the Service.

The website 044studio.eu does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

4. How we use information

We use the information above only to provide the Service's user-facing features: connecting your channel, uploading and updating the videos you choose, showing upload results and video status in the team's creative library, and, if you enable it, adding those videos to your Google Ads account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, selling, or training machine-learning models.

5. Google API Services — Limited Use

044 Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, we do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice; we do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

6. YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or rent any information. Google user data is shared only with Google itself, as part of the API calls needed to perform the action you requested (for example, uploading a video to your channel). We use a hosting provider to run our servers; it processes data only on our behalf.

8. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we rent from our hosting provider. Access is limited to the team members who operate the Service; servers are protected by key-based access and firewalls, and all traffic to the website and Google APIs is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). OAuth tokens are stored in files readable only by the Service's system account.

9. Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens and channel details are kept while the channel is connected. When a channel is removed from the Service, or Google reports that access was revoked, its tokens are deleted.
Video files are kept only as long as needed to process and publish them and for the team's internal records; video metadata and links are kept in the creative library until deleted by the team.
You can ask us to delete all data related to your Google account at any time by writing to __EMAIL__. We complete deletion within 30 days.

10. Revoking access

You can revoke 044 Studio's access to your Google account at any time on the Google Account permissions page (Security → Third-party apps with account access). After revocation the Service can no longer access your channel, and we delete the stored tokens.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

13. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent again before applying it.
